Being Your Best in an Ever-Changing World

Change! It seems to be a factor in everything we do these days. Just when we figure out how to do something well-an upgrade, new method, or revised form-something changes. How can we ever keep pace? Several opportunities for training to keep you up-to-date and help you work more efficiently are available each year. Take advantage of as many of these as you can. It will relieve a lot of the stress and you will enjoy the rewards of new methods and building relationships with those who have or are experiencing the same thing. Best of all, God will bless you for equipping yourself to better serve Him.

• Professional Certification and Advanced Skillshops
  These are opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge. Certification is an 18-hour seminar focusing on ministry issues. Advanced Skillshops provide training in specific areas of ministry. One continuing education unit (CEU) is earned for each skillshop. These are held at various locations around the state throughout the year. • Associational Organizations
  Some of your local Baptist Associations have organizations that meet and offer training and fellowship. Contact your associational office for information for your area.
